Well this weekend was off to chicago.  We would be seeing Sharon and meeting Rob and Ashley there so everyone could see U of chicago law school and northwestern law school.  Such decisions he has to make .

 

Our first inkling that this was going to be a COLD weekend was the email from Sharon touting 20 degree weather.  She neglected to mention the ( feels like -28) .

 

Turns out we hit chicago on one of the coldest weekends they have had in years.  With tempatures in the single digits and feels like in the negatives - even wearing ski underwear and 3 layers was not enough for me.  The only bright side - it was even too cold for me to smoke

 

Lots of good food later - I understand why people in the midwest weight more !!!

 

Met about 15 of sharons friends, saw my cousins,  saw law schools ( well from the car for me ) - and all in all a great weekend.

 

I still vote for Peter Lugers over Gene and Georgetti though
