I guess there is a reason that they dock rotweillers tails.  Then again I always lucy was a mutt

 

So tonite I decide I will burn the rest of the nice Home for the Holidays candle - make the house smell nice.  Silly me decides the living room table is a good place for it.  I think you can see whats coming - Lucy's tail meets candle - candle wax goes all over the carpet.  Not just candle wax - RED candle wax.

 

So I learned

 

White towel

Hot iron

 

Put white towel over candle dripping.  Iron on medium high - keep iron constanlty moving.  Seemed to be about 30 passes over a spot would remove it.  Of course there were many many spots - but its all gone - and NO stain.
